Registration & Listings Display
1. The user hereby agrees that the paid services once subscribed by the user are non refundable and that all amounts paid shall be apportioned. The amount paid entitles the subscriber alone to the service by dailyees.com for a period of subscription opted for from the date of posting of the property on the website.
2. You shall not upload, post, transmit, publish, or distribute any material or information that is unlawful, or which may potentially be supposed as being harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
3. dailyees.com does not guarantee neither does it offer any warranty about the testimonials / credentials of the prospective individuals/ visitors which downloads the information and uses it to contact the prospective visitor / user / subscriber. The dailyees.com would not guarantee or warranty about any satisfactory response or any response at all, once the products or services are put on display.
4. dailyees.com would not be held responsible for any liability for loss of technical data or otherwise, and particulars supplied by subscribers due to reasons beyond the control such as corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any cause or condition that are beyond reasonable control of dailyees.com including but not limited to strikes, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities.
5. It is the responsibility of the individual to check the authenticity of all or any response received after display of products or services on dailyees.com and dailyees.com will have no responsibility in respect thereof.
6. The Courts at Gurgaon (Haryana) alone shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute including interpretation of any of the terms are to be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 [Indian Act] at Gurgaon before a sole Arbitrator to be appointed by the CEO of dailyees.com .
7. dailyees.com reserves its right to reject any insertion or any data provided by the subscriber without assigning any reason either before or after uploading the listing details, but in such circumstances, any amount so paid for, shall be refunded to the subscriber on a pro-rata basis at the sole discretion of dailyees.com .
8. dailyees.com will initiate providing services only upon receipt of amount/charges upfront either from subscriber or from a third party on behalf of the subscriber. Subscription so paid will not be transferable i.e. it is for the same person throughout the period of subscription. The liability, if any, of dailyees.com is limited to the extent of the amount paid by the subscriber.
9. In order to access dailyees.com, the subscriber shall be assigned password (s) to enable to access all the information received through its site dailyees.com. It is the sole responsibility of the subscriber for safe custody of the password and dailyees.com shall not be responsible for data loss/theft or data/corruption or the wrong usage/misuse of the password and any damage or leak of information and its consequential usage by a third party. However dailyees.com will undertake all reasonable precautions at its end to ensure that there is no leakage/misuse of the password granted to the subscriber.

It does not censor or screen the listing/postings offered as such. Any transaction between the service providers/ individuals and visitors is their respective prerogative and dailyees.com has no role in the same. Therefore, the quality, safety or legality of the listings/ postings is the responsibility of the user and dailyees.com has no control over the same.
The company also has no role to finalise the service deals. Dailyees.com will not be held responsible for any contact made while using the website with respect to listings and the postings.
As the individual identification is difficult to scrutinize over the internet, dailyees.com does not declare the confirmation for the same. In case of any dispute arising out of the transaction, you release dailyees.com (our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
